Welcome to PBU: Debt Recovery System (“Recovery System” or “RS”). By accessing or using Recovery System, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Recovery System is a personal financial organization and tracking tool for income, living expenses, debts, savings, allocations, and recovery progress. It may provide calculations, summaries, forecasts, reminders, and projections based on user-entered data. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or debt-counseling advice.
Access is linked to the Google account used to sign in. You are responsible for account security, accurate records, and reviewing calculations. Never share passwords, OTPs, banking credentials, or similar authentication information.
Eligible users may receive one 7-day Free Trial. It activates after a successful request, requires no payment or administrator approval, and may only be used once per eligible account.
Paid access may be offered in fixed periods. Prices and durations are shown before submission. Payment information must be verified and approved before access begins.
Paid access begins when approved and activated. Expiration may restrict features but does not automatically delete existing financial records. Users should maintain backups of important records.
Users must verify plan, price, recipient, and payment details. Activated time-based digital access is generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved for a Recovery System error.
Forecasts, funding gaps, interest, allocations, and recovery outputs depend on recorded information and are not guaranteed outcomes. Recording a payment, negotiation, archive, or event does not change a legal agreement with a creditor.
Do not disrupt the service, access another user’s information, bypass access restrictions, exploit vulnerabilities, commit fraud, or impersonate another person.
Recovery System is evolving and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user entries, unverified projections, third parties, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
These Terms may be updated as the service develops. Questions may be sent to projectbayadutang@gmail.com.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use PBU: Debt Recovery System.
Information may include your Google email, subscription details, financial records you enter, payment schedules, savings, allocations, recovery goals, plan selection, payment amount, and payment reference. Never submit banking passwords, PINs, OTPs, CVVs, or similar credentials.
Information supports system features, calculations, record maintenance, subscription management, payment verification, customer support, security, diagnostics, and service improvement.
Your authenticated Google account identifies your account and controls access. Financial records are stored within Google-based infrastructure, including user-specific Recovery System spreadsheet storage where applicable. Access expiration does not automatically delete financial records.
Payment reference information supports subscription verification. A screenshot is not required for a normal initial paid request. If verification fails, limited additional information may be requested by email. Never provide login or banking credentials.
PBU does not sell personal or financial information. Information may be processed by platforms necessary to operate the service or disclosed when legally required. Administrative access should be limited to operation, support, security, subscription management, and payment verification.
Financial, subscription, and payment-verification records may be retained for account continuity, administration, security, disputes, and legal compliance. Account includes supported backup/export, reset, and deletion choices.
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system guarantees absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your Google account and devices.
Recovery System is intended for users 18 or older. This policy may change as the product develops. Privacy questions may be sent to projectbayadutang@gmail.com.
